The Manda Residence is a design for Kenny Manda done in 2015 and constructed soon after. This design consists of a single story with a basement spanning in a “U” shape across 4,200 square feet. The elements of it blend perfectly to create a modern home that still retains the warm and inviting feel you would expect from a residence.
